No one wants a wobbly workbench. Follow along as I build a very sturdy workbench base using a tension rod system.
I am using threaded rods embedded inside the stretchers of the leg assembly that I then put tension on with some bolts. This results in an incredibly sturdy base without having to go overboard on leg thickness.
